HOT HOUSE WEST - WEEKLY NEWSLETTER 4/18/2024

4/18/2024

Welcome to Swing and Strings Weekly # 21

Hello everyone and thanks for being patient for our weekly newsletter! We've been deep in grant writing this week so we'll keep this one bare bones. We put together a really exciting application for the Wake The Great Salt Lake project which will integrate the arts into addressing the challenges facing our lake in a really cool way. We're excited to see what the community comes up with and keeping our fingers crossed.

In the meantime, we'd like to keep you all up to date with what's happening in town!

May the stoke never die.

Jazz Mentors Foundation - James Morrison

April 22nd - Brighton High - 7:30pm

Come hear James Morrison at Brighton High as part of the Jazz Mentors Foundation concert series! They are doing great work bringing incredible artists to Utah to perform and mentor high-school aged students. We love them, and you can too!

We are so excited for what the Ogden Friends of Acoustic Music are cooking up this year! They have a stellar line up of touring and local acts (feat. many of our very own Trash Moon Collective regulars). This organization does a TON to support the acoustic music scene in Utah. Get out and see some great music at a world-class festival, and hey, we'll even be there with our very first HHW nonprofit booth.
